This project provided a gas combustion solution for central heating in the boiler room of a residential community in Shanxi, adapted to multiple heating boiler systems, aiming to deliver a stable and clean winter heating source for thousands of residents. Tailored to the severe cold climate in northern China and the community’s continuous heating demand, WEST customized an efficient gas combustion system using low-NOx gas burners featuring high stability, low emissions, and high energy efficiency. Equipped with proportional regulation technology, the system automatically adjusts heat load based on outdoor temperature to precisely match heating requirements, effectively reducing energy consumption and operational costs. Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably and reliably with uniform heating temperatures, meeting residents’ comfort needs while passing local environmental protection inspections for low NOx emissions. It has become a safe, efficient, and eco-friendly demonstration project for central heating in northern residential communities, significantly improving residents’ quality of life.
